These terms cover your use of uprightforklift.com. By using the site you accept them. They govern the website. The work itself is governed by the written estimate, work order or invoice we agree with you.
1. Who operates this site
This site is operated by Upright Forklift Repair, 15120 Lee Rd Ste 614, Humble, TX 77396.
2. Requesting service does not create a contract
Sending a request through this site, or asking for an estimate, starts a conversation. It does not by itself create a binding agreement and does not reserve a technician. Work is scheduled when we confirm it with you directly.
3. Estimates and pricing
Anything quoted on this site or given before a technician has seen the equipment is an estimate. Forklift faults are often only diagnosable in person, and parts pricing and availability move. The price that binds is the one on the written estimate or work order you approve. If the work turns out to need more than the estimate covers, we tell you before continuing.
4. Response times
Response times described on this site are typical performance, not a guarantee. Traffic, weather, parts availability and how many trucks are already committed all affect a given day.
5. Site content
We keep the information here accurate and current, but it is general information about our services. It is not a technical manual and it is not equipment-specific advice. Do not rely on it to diagnose, repair or operate equipment. Follow the manufacturer's documentation and applicable OSHA requirements, and have a qualified technician do the work.
6. Acceptable use
Use this site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it, scrape it at a scale that degrades it, or submit false service requests.
7. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, layout, logo and design on this site belong to Upright Forklift Repair or are used with permission. Do not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their owners and are used only to describe the equipment we service. Their use does not imply that we are affiliated with or endorsed by them.
