We're a family-operated forklift repair company based in Humble, TX. We service the Greater Houston metro from a single shop with our own service trucks and our own techs. No call centers, no subcontractors, no surprises on the invoice.

Why we exist
Built for the operations manager who's tired of getting jerked around.
When we started Upright in 2023, the forklift service market in Houston was split between two extremes. On one end: the manufacturer dealers, fast and capable but priced for fleets of fifty and not interested in your two-lift warehouse. On the other: a long tail of one-truck operators who'd quote a price, take a deposit, and disappear for three days.
We built Upright to be the third option: a real shop with real overhead, factory-trained on the brands Houston actually runs, priced for the businesses the dealers ignore, and accountable enough to still be picking up the phone every time you call.

Mobile forklift repair
We come to you, weekdays in under 90 minutes on average across the Greater Houston metro.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled PM programs with OSHA 1910.178 written inspections.
OEM parts
Stocked on every truck. Sourced same-day if we don't have it.
Our team
Factory-trained on the brands you actually run.
Our techs are factory-trained on the five brands that account for most of the lifts on Houston docks. "Factory-trained" means the person on your job has been to the manufacturer's school for that make. Not "we'll Google it on the way over."
For other major brands (Mitsubishi, Komatsu, Nissan, Clark, Doosan), we'll service most issues straight through. The rare time something needs the dealer, we'll tell you on the call before we roll.
