This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. Upright Forklift Repair is a family-operated mobile forklift repair company in Humble, Texas, serving the Greater Houston metro. This policy covers the website at uprightforklift.com.
1. Information you give us
If you request service, ask for an estimate, or contact us through this site, we ask for what we need to call you back and quote the work:
- your name and company
- your phone number and email address
- the location where the equipment is
- details about the equipment and the problem
- anything else you choose to write in the message field
You do not have to use the form. You can call us instead on (346) 559-8290.
2. Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one records ordinary technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, and the site or search that sent you here.
If you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, the address you arrived on, including any campaign tags it carries, is stored temporarily in your browser and attached to your request if you submit the form. That is how we know which ad produced a service call. It is cleared when you close the browser.
3. How we use it
- to respond to your service request, quote the work, and schedule a technician

When you send us a service request, you are asking us to get in touch, so we will call, text or email you about that request. Tell us if you prefer one of those over the others and we will use it. Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting.
5. Who else sees your information
We keep the list short and we do not add to it lightly:
- Our web host stores the site and its files.
- Our email delivery service carries your form submission to our inbox.
- Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, measures site traffic. It sets cookies and records the technical information described above.
Each of these only handles the information needed to do its job. None of them are given your details to use for their own purposes.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics entirely. Blocking them does not stop you using the site or submitting a request.
7. How long we keep it
Service requests, estimates and job records are kept as long as we need them to serve the customer and meet our tax and business-record obligations. Analytics data is kept on the retention schedule set in Google Analytics.
